Slowest fast food drive on ever. Made my order drove up to the window paid, got receipt; my sister called 14 min later my food came out. It was so hot! I don’t think it takes 14 min to cook some chicken fingers and fries. Furthermore the clerk never came to the drive thru window, never checked on me or anything. The very least could have brought my drink, I mean I did pay for it.
Chicken tasted like a bucket of salt was dumped on it. Could not eat it. The fries were good. Shared with employee and got no response from manager any employee. Other customers left leaving plates full of food with same complaints.
Don't bother with them if you're in a rush. They'll make you wait for 30 minutes in the drive thru. Even if it's a mobile order. Every once in a while I'll give them another chance but even if I'm the only car there it still takes 20 minutes to get my food. Today we sat here for 30 minutes and got the wrong drink TWICE. Not coming back anymore.
Bought 4 meals the bread was nothing but butter on warm bread. The chicken was more greasy then anything the fries were ok they was out of nearly all sauces tea was sour a the place smells like mold service was junk … I loved this place when it first opened now I guess it’s like everything else after 3 months it’s a waste of a company what a shame..
I waited over 25 minutes for order and it was wrong. They charged for sauce and it wasn't in bag. I dont see a reason to go back. There are other chicken places in area.
