Food is always old when you go at night. I don’t know why i keep giving them a chance. My whole meal had definitely been sitting for hours.
I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Johanna at the register. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made my experience at the restaurant truly pleasant. Staff like her make a real difference in customer service.
Went through the drive through and had to pull up to wait. (Ordered for 4 people) When they brought out the food I stopped to ask to make sure all the sauces were in the bag because I had a kiddo and anyone with kids will get it! She assured me everything was in the bag. When I got to my destination, said sauce was not in the bag! Also, got shorted a tender in one of the meals.
