I signed up for an appointment last December and was told during the appointment that appointment could not be productive due to not having the necessary paperwork done before hand, and that I should have been contacted before hand about that. The Doctor told me to reschedule and that I would not be charged. They sent me a bill anyway and when I called back to try to resolve it I was they would look into it and call me back. At the beginning of the process it took months to receive my my sleep study and continue through the process. It took so long that I almost had to reschedule my surgery because I was waiting around for them. Now a year later they removed over $400 from my account without more than a 24 hour notice. When I called them and asked if I could return the machine to receive my money back I was told that I could do that. RUN!! They NEVER answer or return your calls. They bill you for bogus charges that never occurred. EXTREMELY INPROFESSIONAL. I have called NUMEROUS times, no answer nor no call backs. RUN!

Dr. Pascual is phenomenal. She listens to her patients, and provides high quality therapy that treats the problems rather than treats the symptoms. Dr. Pascual is highly recommended.
