Frustrating and disappointing process working with Generation Development and Slifer, Smith, and Frampton on the purchase of a condo at the Arbory. I went under contract for a condo at the Arbory in summer 2022. During this time, the developer and sales team communicated that closings would happen in September / October 2022 and delays would be unlikely. Carolyn (Tess) Scalise of Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate has to be the most unprofessional realtor we have ever come upon. She is completely unfamiliar with North Denver area where she is trying to make offers on properties without any research or knowledge of the area, pricing and trends. Do your due diligence before hiring an agent!

Made the mistake of leasing at one of their premier luxury properties in downtown Denver.
