Staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Ulrich was direct and answered our questions about my condition and my care. He provided options and things to think about before we make a decision.
I was very pleased with Dr Ulrich. He listened to my concerns and addressed each of my issues. We also discussed possibility of robotic assisted surgery with the MAKO system. I was very impressed and at ease with the level of care I received. I highly recommend Dr Ulrich.
Dr U and his staff were extremely polite, attentive and efficient. Was a great 1st visit.
