We had 4 different door specialists come to our home and no one was able to resolve our situation. We have a 10 ft vinyl frame sliding door that opened from right to left but needed to switch it to open left to right to make our home functional. Karl was able to do it quickly in one day and now it rolls very smooth. He also changed the track for the screen and replaced the screen. It looks and functions brand new. My father and I hired Karl to replace the glass in his windows and slider and glass in my slider in two different condos. Karl left glue all over the windows and when asked about it said he would return to clean them. It took numerous phone calls to get him back. He then worked on my sliding glass door and left it in worse shape than it was before he started. My painter even commented on what a horrible job was done. Karl was referred to me and we are so happy to have found Karl. He is definitely a Guru Glazier! Our sliding glass door had shattered and it would have taken other companies approx. 10 days to order the right size glass and another couple of days to replace it. We found The Expert in Sliding Doors. Karl impressed us so much with his knowledge, skills, and experience. The door handle was originally white. He replaced it with a black one and said he would put up a white one. I trusted he would come back and change it. He never came back. I reached out politely 3 times because I understand people are busy. But I paid 300 for this handle to not even match anything in my house. It's a complete eye sore that can be seen from the kitchen.
