it was definitely a long wait (well over an hour) but we watched a server clean a floor then ungloved touch the burger to 'refix it' as and accidental drop and bump into someone else happened then also immediately stuck here hands in the salad sitting next to the burger plate. yeah no thanks never again 👎✋

Please bring back the Buffalo Chicken Salad and Buffalo Ranch slider!! Those were my favorite and now they’re both gone from the new menu...including Mac poppers 😭💔
Service was terrible, got sat down then had to go up front after a while to get a server to take our drink and food order, finally food came then that was it , nobody came back to check if we needed anything or if everything was ok.Then when we were done again had to go back up front to get our check and then went back up front again to pay...Terrible service.......(NOT GOING BACK......

The food isn't bad, but we've always had slow service, and I got served a literally raw slider recently. Not blue... Actually raw. Very disappointing, especially with so much hope and reputation in the brand.
