I had Slidin' Dirty cater my wedding and had very high expectations for them. They were great during the planning process, however on the night of my wedding the food was served cold, they were not monitoring the food tables so they were often empty, and they ended up running out of food. The staff was also very rude to both my father and I throughout the night. Their restaurant food may be great, however their catering service is not.

Used for my daughters wedding at the Canfield Casino in Saratoga total disaster. They ran out of food before everyone was served, many people complained that their food was cold and undercooked. Never maintained full food stations, we had to go get them to bring out more food. The staff was rude and unresponsive to everything. I was told that our guests ate to much and if we paid more we would have had more food served. Many people left the reception early to get dinner elsewhere.
