Had to call and get information for a work assignment, the woman who took the call did not put me on hold, it sounded like she just put the phone down on the desk. The whole time as she was looking for the number she was complaining about "why are people calling?", "can't they do this at another time?". In between complaints she was clearing her throat and coughing. I can't speak for the rest of staff at this facility, but I do not speak highly of the operators at this location.
Clean, well-lit, well-staffed with friendly compassionate people. Very helpful staff.
Shame on Slidell Memorial hospital! They leave patients waiting for hours while in excruciating pain without assistance/ w/o providing any relief. There’s no true regard for patients’ health and they just twiddle their thumbs while people suffer. Shame.
