My niece had her baby on 8/5/2026 and the nursing staff treated her so poorly. The doctor that preformed the epidural was not therapeutic to her pain. He continued to make sarcastic comments and laughed at the fact she was in pain. She ended up needing a C section and her after care was worse. They were supposed to give the baby a bath 24 hours after the baby was born and they did not. When she needed help with the baby or helping to move around there was no call button for assistance. I went to SMH last week in January, 2021. I had a terrible problem. Nurse Dana had a lot of Patience with me. Remember I had a terrible problem. So from Nurse Dana in the ER to Nurse Tim in ICU and the nurses on the first floor I truly felt like they cared. They took time to share their knowledge regarding my case. The Dr's had a plan for me and it went just like they said. They deserve 5 stars. Love my SMH.
