Rick was fantastic - he repaired the front end damage on my Kia for less than I expected and gave me the option for used parts, which helped with the savings. Rick took the time to explain to me what they were fixing and why. The car looks better than ever! Rick's communication was always prompt, and everyone who works with Rick is very nice too. I'm really happy to have found Slick Rick's although I hope I don't need to visit again for a long time!
