I left my car for repairs and when I picked it up the issue was still there, nothing was properly fixed despite the high bill.
The shop promised quick service but kept my vehicle for days without clear communication or updates.
Customer service was rude and unhelpful when I asked questions, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Paint and bodywork looked rushed with scratches and mismatched colors, very disappointing for the money spent.
I would rate Rick a 10/10!!!! Excellent customer service, great communication, and quick yet, thorough work! He scheduled me an appointment at 10am and had the vehicle ready the next day before 3pm.
