After a misunderstanding about being charged while closed during Covid (the email explaining must have gone to my spam) and me disputing the charge through my bank they were kind and courteous in reinstating my account for me. They’ve had great customer service in fixing any issues . Love their spray tans and they are always kind and clean and the spray tan gives a nice even tan each time!

A little disappointed that I got up this morning, got ready, drove for 15 minutes, only to find that you are closed today. It is nice that employees got the Easter Sunday day off but you allowed scheduling online and posted no notices online that you would be closed. Wasted 45 minutes of my day...
