Have been going here for years. After a misunderstanding about being charged while closed during Covid (the email explaining must have gone to my spam) and me disputing the charge through my bank they were kind and courteous in reinstating my account for me. They’ve had great customer service in fixing any issues . Love their spray tans and they are always kind and clean and the spray tan gives a nice even tan each time!

A little disappointed that I got up this morning, got ready, drove for 15 minutes, only to find that you are closed today. It is nice that employees got the Easter Sunday day off but you allowed scheduling online and posted no notices online that you would be closed. Wasted 45 minutes of my day...

The results I get from their tanning beds are Amazing! And the girls are so sweet and nice! They will help you with anything you need! ❤️
I’ve experienced long wait times even with appointments. This weekend they gave away “free tans” to non members. So the people like me who have a premium membership, get to spend forever waiting to tan. What do we get? Nothing. I highly recommend not becoming a premium member. Their only focus is roping in new members. NOT keeping the ones they have. I’m going to look around....
