We had an awesome time at the resort. People are very nice and helpful. Had a great time will be back
Brides beware. Friend has a wedding planned and pavilion is not done like photos portray. And wont be for her wedding. And refuse to let her funds go so she can have her dream wedding. Bad customer service. I will be doing a google review as well.
BEWARE! I had been interested in booking an event here until I saw how they treat their clients. The resort planned renovations for part of their property, but booked that exact space for a wedding anyways without letting the couple know the space they had book wouldn’t actually be available. Unethical & dishonest. I would highly caution any & all brides who are considering booking their wedding here JUST DON’T DO IT. They neglected to tell a friend of mine that their wedding venue location was no longer available due to construction & insisted my friends were bound to their contract but would just have to move venues & deal with it. Mind you this all happened 6 weeks before my friends wedding date. Shame on you Horseshoe Bay!
Do not book this untrustworthy operation for your wedding venue. They failed to inform a bride of the construction that would be taking place and refuse to refund her the money. Run!!!
We just returned from a Fri-Sunday weekend at the resort. They are in the process of remodeling the main building and they upgraded up to a 2 bedroom waterfront villa in Building 4. It was beautifully appointed, coffee maker, comfy bed and great view of the lake. We walked to the Yacht club for our Anniversary dinner and then did the spa and golf on Saturday.
