the facilities are fabulous, the food, the employees very attentive and cordial, in general a place to recommend and to which I plan to return, to enjoy a little more, nice , nice and Beautiful place
We called about excessive noise and the person we spoke with was rude. It was our 35th anniversary and we couldn't enjoy our champagne on the patio because of the aweful music. Not a resort atmosphere. Manager never called as promised. The housekeepers did a great job but not worth the money. The golf was great and we had a good time but will not be a return customer to Horseshoe Bay.

This respect is top notch! I felt like I was in the carribean somewhere... Not smack dead in the middle of Texas!!! The food was great from room service to the events we attended to the restaurants. The rooms have obviously been updated recently in the tower. The decor was lovely. Saturday we even had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the resort. He was so kind he offered us a seat at his table in the bar because it had a better angle to the game we were there to see. He treated Ys to lunch and drinks! Thank you Mr Jeff! ... read more
