We along with 2 other couples just wrapped up an incredible visit to HSB resort. It was an incentive trip for our business. It was such a fantastic experience. Great service, friendly staff, and amazing dessert. The pool, hot tub and grounds were beautiful. So convenient to AMAZING golf courses. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you for the perfect trip.

We bought a gift certificate from a charity event and they refuse to honor it. I guess free money is how they survive. To bad Martiny refuses to answer or call back. The GM is unavailable to gift certificate customers. So Sad this is their philosophy for customer service.
