Everyone very Friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.
First time staying here and it was great. We were told when we booked our reservation that we would have one with a view of the pool, but when we checked in, it was a view of the tennis courts and our AC didn't work. After calling guest services, they moved us quickly to a different room with a view of the pool. The only complaint I have is that the food was horrible. We ended up going off the resort a couple of times because we didn't want to pay for a horrible meal. The drinks were great and we will definitely be back, but... read more
