Horrible customer service. The lady doing my eyebrows was obviously rushing through it, I was done is less than 10 minutes. I have an eyebrow piercing and she said she could thread by them, but she got it multiple times and now it’s been bleeding constantly. One of my eyebrows is visibly thicker than the other, I regret tipping anything. Don’t come here if you want an enjoyable experience.

Horrible job she left one eyebrow thick and the other eyebrow thin and took out a lot of hairs on one of my eyebrows and left them uneven

I go there for my eye brows and brazillian wax and Kajal is so nice and gentle with my brazillian since im pregnant. I am pretty happy with great customer service she provides.

I went today to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady who did my eyebrows did a horrible job she left one eyebrow thinner than the other one and I have them microbladed now can she messed them up!!? Now I have to let them regrow again because of her stupidity and ignorance she was rushing and I for sure knew that was a red flag. I use to come here before and stopped coming dueto the same reason and decided to give them a try once again but worse mistake ever. Not returning back again!!
