What a cool idea! Our friends hired Sliced Pizza to cater their kid's birthday party. James (the owner) tows in his oven-on-wheels,(You've got to see this thing) lights a fire, and heats it upwards of 700 degrees so the pizza cooks in just a few minutes. The stone in the oven heats the bottom of the pizza so the crust came out just right and I'm pretty sure he said they use all fresh ingredients. We chatted him up a bit and he was really friendly even though he was busy. Thanks for the great pizza, James!

James is the man. He started this business from the ground up and he is a guy that knows what he's doing. He catered our lunch at work and it was amazing. There was something for everybody and the best part was the ingredients. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. You can get a personal pizza with any ingredients you want, it's nice to make it customized. He has a wood-fired oven so the pizza is always fresh and hot. Had a chance to book them for a private party of 50. Pizza was fantastic, crust was some of the best I had and they used really great ingredients. I also ordered the caprese skewers. Very delicious! Mozzarella was very fresh with tomatoes, and basil. He did a balsamic glaze that hit the taste buds. I got a lot of compliments on the food and how cool the oven was. Overall was really happy with the great service and value I got for my money.
