I called on Tuesday and they were our on Thursday. Phillip came to my home in the Ocala area and was very professional and took time to explain things to me. When the cabinets were removed the water leak was exactly where he marked. I would most definitely use them again.

I had an underground water leak and was losing a lot of water, approximately 32000 gallons a month. I called Sleuth Leak Detection to help find the problem. The Technician was very professional and courteous. When he arrived, Phillip set up his equipment and began to locate the leak. Within an hour he had located the leak and gave me some tips on how to repair it myself. I would highly recommend Sleuth Leak Detection to anyone. Ryan with Sleuth Leak Detection just left our home. He told us he would be here between 3-5pm. Called and showed up at 4pm. Right on time. Sleuth has a set rate of $350 to find leaks. Found leak in our foundation in less than 10 minutes. He then charged us less than a plumber would have to go through concrete and cap the leak. We are incredibly impressed. Whole process was about 30 min and $550. Nice to work with an actual professional. Rare around here. Thanks !!

Sleuth sent out Ryan to detect leaks. He water tested one area then wrote no roof leaks. My home leaked from the roof in several areas during Tropical Storm Fred. I videotaped and tested the moisture throughout the storm. It’s still high moisture in the walls. I asked them to look at it after the storm, the receptionist fought with me on the phone. I had to hang up. She was rude. This company is not licensed to inspect roof leaks. Better off with a roofer, contractor or even a good handyman. I really am surprised th... read more

Had a water bill $100 higher than normal.. Called a local plumber who recommend Sleuth. Matt the tech. arrived in a timely manner. He walked my property, quickly found the leak, just on the other side of the meter. He showed the plumber where the leak was. Matt was polite, professional and knowledgable. I recommend sleuth to anyone who suspects they have a water leak and can't find it.

Five stars for Ryan and Sleuth!!!!! Ryan arrived for an emergency after hours call right on time.... after a very thorough scan of my entire home, including interior and exterior plumbing (including all plumbing fixtures, appliances, piping and in-slab piping) he pinpointed the leaking pipe. Ryan was prompt, courteous and professional... I am highly recommending Sleuth and Ryan to anyone needing leak detection and will certainly use them again if the need arises.....

Marty is the person to ask for whenever you need to detect a leak. Its also help that my cats loved him and they HATE strangers.
