The theraphy is ok after the surgeries, had 3 already.But in the last visit I was asked to pay first and infront of other people. That made feel terrible, I usually pay at the end is payment is required after taken from the insurance, deductible I mean. Creating on me anxiety, estress and making me feel terrible.I am thinking on not filing a claim with an attorney for the way I feel, just because of the doctor being extremly caring about his patients.

He is absolutely amazing, he performed an L2 L3 and L3 L4 discectomy on my spine and the same day I could do things I was not able to do for 37 years. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing and he is my Life Saver.

Did not even get to see the doctor as office staff was incompetent. Contacted office for an appointment early this morning and was assured that someone would return my call for an appointment before the end of the day, that never happened. I called in myself only to be told that some of the staff had already left and the person I was speaking to had no idea if my benefits were verified and thus could not set up an appointment for me. She let me know she could do nothing to help me and I'd have to wait for the following day..... read more

My son fractured both ulna and radius bones to his left arm in a basketball injury, while in college at Tx State, he was taken to an Austin ER and we are in San Antonio, I called Dr. Sless late that night and he very compassionatly accepted the case, transferred him to San Antonio where he was a direct admit, Dr. Sless preformed an amazing repair to the bones. My son continues to enjoy playing basketball out of his college years with no restrictions or pain four years later! I Highly recommend

Miserable experience as new patient. Staff got PPO number wrong 3 times. Failed to follow thru with scheduling appointment. After getting appointment waited on hard bench for 40 mins. Paid by check and then taken to examining room. Then we were informed that he could not see us because of a prearranged hospital appointment. We heard him talking outside the room but he refused to acknowledge us. It appears that a doctor who won't communicate with his staff will not communicate with his patients.

Excellent fantastic Dr. I've seen Dr after Dr can't help you is all I heard. 1st visit with Dr sless treated me knew right away what to do. Thank you for your outstanding service Dr. Sless

Dr. Sless is very compassionate,and makes the best decision for you. If you become his patient he will want to see you monthly. He has a staff of people he does trust, if in the event you speak with them.

My 15 year old son broke his ankle & took to Methodist ER, after that I had to go for follow up with another Dr they recommended. I took my son & that Dr. said I will refer him to a very good Dr. because of his age That Dr was afraid it could affect his growth spurt. Thank God it was Dr. Sless, he is an excellent Dr. that cares about your health & . Two visits my son was out of a cast. He could have easily kept him in a cast for months just to be getting our money but didn't.
