I will echo all of Kara’s other reviews- Kara CHANGED OUR LIVES. Our 1-year-old was waking multiple times a night, fussy during the day, not eating super well, and generally seemed unhappy. Working with Kara truly changed our lives. Before her help, evenings were a struggle — we spent over an hour trying to get our 16week old to sleep, only to have multiple false starts followed by wakeups every 45 minutes. Kara created a plan that felt doable and supported us every step of the way. Our daughter now sleeps through the night with only occasional feedings, and we finally feel human again. We are so thankful for Kara’s guidance, encouragement, and accountability.
Kara saved us. My son was still waking up every 2-3hrs at 8 months old and I was getting delirious. Kara’s magical plan had him sleeping 8 hrs straight the first night and 12 hrs by night 5. We cannot recommend Kara enough. Our 4 month old was barely sleeping at night (waking up every 1-2 hours) and taking almost no naps.
