Kara helped us get our 5 month old who slept in a snoo, fully swaddled, in our room and only took contact naps to sleeping in her crib in her own room, in a sleep sac for naps and bedtime. We are so grateful for her!

I will echo all of Kara’s other reviews- Kara CHANGED OUR LIVES. Our 1-year-old was waking multiple times a night, fussy during the day, not eating super well, and generally seemed unhappy.
