I've only lived here for a month and have had a few problems come up (not there fault) and they've been on top of everything. Fast to fix an issue and excellent communication with both management and maintenance. So far so good, highly recommend
Staff care 0% about their tenants, if you go to the office to address an issue, they scrape it off as “your problem” and completely ignore the issue, and show zero care towards tenants there was one lady there who literally turned away after asking for a spare KEYCARD.none of the dog bags are provided or filled where they should be, also none of the card locks on the external doors to the buildings work or are locked so any random person can have access to your halls and GUESS WHAT EVEN YOUR APARTMENT. Update: It’s been about 6 months since I asked them to clean my vents for the lint. It’s so built up it takes all day to dry something. They told me it would be fixed by February then it got changed to “when it’s nice out”. Now they told me they’re doing nothing. So I guess we’re just waiting til I die in a fire. The garage is also now not going to be fixed because it’s “too expensive.” Also now my son’s tub faucet just doesn’t work and I have a feeling it never will. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I live here, it's the worst apartment complex in Williston. My sink broke and they didn't get it fixed for 3 weeks and then tried to charge me for it. Now my thermostat has been broke for a month and they still haven't fixed it. The manager is extremely unprofessional the maintenence guys don't do anything.
