Everyone was extremely friendly and informative. This review is not a personal attack against a single person there. They seem like wonderful people and I did feel like they cared about my child's outcome and well being. The lady at the front desk is so sweet, and all their customer service and bed side manners are wonderful. Things I feel could be done in the office to improve the experience for children ( and parents) I feel that we were sent off far too early with our son. From start to finish, our experience was amazing. The whole team was so kind, patient, and reassuring, which meant so much on a day that was already stressful. They made us feel comfortable the entire time, answered all my questions, and treated her with so much care and compassion.
