The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and really made a stressful situation as calm as possible.
The receptionist, the Drs all were great. Three times a charm. And I’ve had three grands to have services done here and they are great
From the moment we were referred to Sleepy Owl, they were nothing short of exceptional. From the office staff to the nurses, dentists, and anesthesiologists, they were easy to work with, helpful, and very professional. I was extremely nervous for my 4yr old's dental procedure, but I felt like I was part of the decision making process as a mother, and the entire staff was compassionate and caring.
I definitely recommend sleepy owl dentistry to anyone that needs dental work done! I was so nervous coming in and Dr. Vieth , and Dr. Castele made me feel 100% better! They made my daughter’s surgery go quick and smooth and made my daughter feel as comfortable as can be! I am too impressed with yalls teamwork and a big shout out to the nurse at the front that reassured me through it all as well! YALL HAVE AN AMAZING TEAM THERE! Thank yall for giving me all the information for before and after Brooklyns surgery also!
