I absolutely love my little Sleepy Oak home. I moved here in 2021 and it is a nice, peaceful neighborhood. The management team is always on top of things and make it a nice place to call home.
My husband Jose and I lived there for four years. This was the most quietest safest place I have EVER lived in since moving to Florida. The apartments are spacious the decks are a great place to unwind. The management was always very responsive to our needs. Would definitely move here if in the area again and if available. Loved it! Also JR was an awesome landlord!
I've lived here for about 9 months now and it has been nice. my neighbors seem nice enough and the neighborhood is quiet. The management is very responsive whenever I've needed to contact them via email.
We cannot believe the condition of these apartments! They are not well maintained, all the buildings and stairs need to be power washed, the screened in areas are run down, the wood is rotted out..take a drive to the Sleepy Oaks apartments
