MOLD MOLD MOLD I'm being told it is dirt. My neighbors are apparently allowed to stomp so hard my pictures have flown off the walls. I got a violation for trying to make peace with them, offering her kids free toys. I cannot play music, or sing to drown it out. It's torture. I have ptsd. Who wants to listen to banging and things falling off the walls 24/7? This place is HELL. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
