Great service and very knowledgeable
They are very honest and quick. And they keep you well informed.
It's sad that Jeep can't fix or replace the radio in a sixty thousand dollar Grand Cherokee! 3 times we have taken it in. The first 2 times a software update was tried. It actually made it worse. Then the third time a new radio was ordered. We waited and waited for a call that it was in. Finally we called, and when service went to check with parts they found out Jeep cancelled the radio. This is unacceptable! We would never buy a Jeep again!
