Took tour of a garden level apartment available for rent. Manager was pleasant and answered questions honestly. The apartment itself was in very good condition with new carpeting, paint, and though still being cleaned, seemed just about ready to move in with a few minor issues being addressed. The area seemed pretty quiet and there is a small pond behind the property, thus the name. Am seriously considering applying to rent here. Seems like a really good place.
Broken dishwasher and shower when we moved in (took them a month to fix), flood through the kitchen and dining room, black mold (which they just wiped away with no intention of testing), sitting water under our floorboards seeping in between the cracks, drainage problems, bugs everywhere. Maintenance came to our apartment at least 20 times in the first 3 months doing absolutely nothing to fix the issues, management ignored us and refused to compensate us for our troubles until I called the city inspector who had to get invol... read more
I recently had two requests for home improvement work: 1. Kitchen and Dining Room Flooring: This was completed on Thursday, June 27th. The work was done professionally and the new flooring looks fantastic. Thank you for the excellent job! 2. Dishwasher Door Repair: After the floor installation, the dishwasher door became jammed. The issue was addressed promptly, with Mike coming the next day to fix it. The fast service was much appreciated.
