RecommendedFantastic! Well recommended. They've bent over backwards many times for us, and my husband sleeps so much better now (me too--Yeah!). Cannot recommend them enough.
I recently had trouble over several days with mouth ulcers & a sore back molar which necessitated returning to Sleepwise with my dental appliance. The fitting was reviewed & while the appliance did not appear to be the cause, I was provided with a bite adjuster & some wax strips to apply to the metal 'pegs' on the appliance. Needless to say I didn't really need to worry as I had no further trouble. I was impressed with the way Dr. Sue Lim thoroughly checked everything & capably covered my concerns. Thank you
My husband has transformed from sounding like a snoring bear to sleeping peacefully & soundly, virtually overnight!
Thanks to Dr Ben Abbott and team for their caring and patience. Its challenging for me to see a dentist and they helped me in the appliance fitting. So far I'm impressed with the Sleepwise process and service. I'm sleeping much better and have more energy. It took me about 3 weeks to adjust to wearing the appliance. Thanks again.
The downside is if you have an issue with it you need to take it in then they send it away and you don't get it back for 5 working days so you go back to poor sleeping,joke that it takes so long to fix for such an expensive appliance

Hi Rachel, just to let you know that with regard to repairs or maintenance we have a dental prosthetist in our clinic supporting our dentists. The prosthetist sees patients directly to assist with any adjustments or repairs that may need to be made on the day during the visit. Any more significant repairs that can't be done during that appointment are sent to our partner dental laboratory in Melbourne. The results from wearing the Sleepwise appliance are fantastic. Personally it meant much better sleep pretty much from day one and a new found vitality when I was awake. My wife could finally get a full night's sleep without my snoring waking her up all the time. (no more elbow bruises on my rib cage :) ) Dr Ball made my first appliance over 10 years ago and I'd worn it out already a couple of years ago but living abroad meant I couldn't get a replacement. Wow, my husband came home last night, first night after returning from Sleepwise Clinic and both of us had a very relaxing quite night. He slept so well and it was the calmest sleep I have ever experienced with him, if your husband snores I well recommend a visit.
