I took my CPAP machine in for them to download the data so that the supplier could complete the order for CPAP supplies. It's been 3 weeks. I've called their office 3 times. Can't ever get a person on the phone. Left voice mails all 3 times. I have never received a response. HORRIBLE customer service.
