Set up my device wrong, so I didn't ever get accustomed to it. Tried again a few years later and discovered their error myself when I got out the manual. Trying to get in for an appointment, good luck getting a person to answer the phone. If they'd told me the information they require once in the past 3 phone calls, it would have helped. I'm looking for somewhere else to go.
I have really bad experience with it too. At the beginning, when I tried to make an appointment to try the CPAP machines, it keeps saying that I must give them insurance information to get approved by insurance. Even I said, I can pay cash in advance and deal with insurance myself, they just totally slapped me too. I should have given up dealing with them at the point. San Carlos Sleepquest - If there could be a MINUS star review this business would earn it. I have had 3 calls, each to ask me for my insurance information, given to them on my first call to them. Meanwhile, insurance has written to me by snail mail to approve! Waited 25 days for an appointment. I should have read the Yelp reviews before I called them! Rip off artists. Shame on you, Sleepquest San Carlos!
