Horrible horrible company! Customer service is abusive and rude. They actually began attempting to bill me directly without going through my insurance! Had my insurance on the phone and billing refused to talk to us. Shady company!
This is the worst medical company I have ever dealt with in my life. They have billed me for so many things that were from insurance claims they claim were submitted and my insurance company took over a year and a half to process? Seriously? This company is the most crooked business I've ever encountered. No one in that office can ever give me correct information regarding my bill. This place does have the worst customer service. I’m not even sure how they stay open. The customer service I just got was very poor. I’m not sure what else to say but if you can get your supplies else where I suggest doing so.

This company is an absolute joke. I'm not sure how much they pay the doctors to have them refer their patients to this company but it must be a lot. The people responsible for getting your equipment do not care about you or your sleep. I called and reported that my cpap machine broke and was told Lamonica would get right back to me. 5 days later still no phone call.
