I am sharing an email I just sent to this company. I hope no one has to use them. They are horrible about responding in a timely manner. Completely wasted my time. They called me earlier today and before she told me I told her she did not have to worry about it. The only reason anyone even reached out to me was because I have asked multiple times, not because it was the right thing to do. Sleepmed sent me an invoice in December 2019 for cpap equipment that I never received in November 2018. I called and their offices as directed on their portal to turn off autopay. I left 8 messages but they billed my credit card anyway. Very unscrupulous company that takes advantage of the customer and takes money any way they can get it. In my opinion they stole my money.

Hi. I have been using this DME for about 12 years. I have not used this location yet. I managed to get a call through and arrange a new mask fitting . They called me back about an appointment for one. It was virtually impossible to get a call in to find out about the appointment. I have used the same mask for 12 years with no one asking about if I liked it. I think it is because the price has decreased on this mask and they are getting more profit. The national company of Sleepmed doesn't have their act together, but the staff in Macon have been very nice and helpful.
