I would not place much weight in the negative reviews this place has on here, as my experience(s) (more than one with this place) have all been pleasant and positive. I would say give them a chance before reading a review on here and writing them off. The office staff is helpful and polite, I originally came in to meet with a CPAP tech and they walked me through the ins and outs of the machine, walked me through cleaning, walked me through everything. This might be the worst service I have gotten in 15 years. When I refused to give out my insurance information they hung up. They shipped me products over the holidays I did not order. They sign me up for a "subscription service" which I NEVER signed up for and just ship stuff. Then they hope to bill the insurance company. It's one of the reasons our insurance rates are so high. Companies like this scam the insurance system to stuff us with products we don't need and don't want hoping we are to stupid to notice the bill. Ter... read more
