Bought 2 mattresses today. Excellent friendly service from Gwen.
Ordered 2 mattresses and a single frame and bedside table, cancelled the bed and bedside but the money was not removed from my latitude card. $628. Shelley acknowledges the issue but after me visiting 3 times and calling countless times, I was advised to speak with latitude, latitude told me I need to speak with merchant. I paid Sleeping Giant and didn’t receive the goods or the refund. The service has been disgraceful and I will be contacting fair trading in the morning.
Jann was extremely professional and helping in helping up select a new mattress, organise delivery and the taking away of our old mattress.
