Rafael was absolutely fantastic! I felt completely at ease in an unfamiliar environment. Starting my CPAP journey was making me feel overwhelmed. Rafael was able to make me feel comfortable and supported. He never made me feel like he didn’t have time for me or rushed during our interactions. I would highly recommend his services.
Exceptional service with Rafeel from beginning to end with the home sleep test and referral to Snorecare after receiving the results under a very tight timeframe for a sleep apnea dental appliance. Highly recommend him and Snorecare as well!
I will say the customer satisfaction is above par. I am new to the CPAP world so finding the right mask is a pain right now. I have nothing but good things to say about SleepEZ customer support. Rafael has been a great help. Had an issue with my mask. And a new one was sent out right away. And im in the US. Would definitely reccomend them to anyone for CPAP supplies.
I am incredibly pleased I have found the professional services of Rafael. He is deeply knowledgeable and took the time to patiently make sure I understood all technical aspects of my sleep test that I was able to comfortably do at home. I can say that he demonstrated a legitimate interest in helping me with options on how to overcome my sleep challenges. Very much appreciated!
Called them for a sleep test and within 2 days I was booked. I had to do the test 2 time (at not cost) because the device fell off the first night. Rafael had the final results within a week and I was able to start my cpap within 2 weeks! Beats waiting for over 6 months or more! On top of that, insurance actually covered a good portion of the claim.
