I am incredibly pleased I have found the professional services of Rafael. He is deeply knowledgeable and took the time to patiently make sure I understood all technical aspects of my sleep test that I was able to comfortably do at home. I can say that he demonstrated a legitimate interest in helping me with options on how to overcome my sleep challenges. Very much appreciated!
Called them for a sleep test and within 2 days I was booked. I had to do the test 2 time (at not cost) because the device fell off the first night. Rafael had the final results within a week and I was able to start my cpap within 2 weeks! Beats waiting for over 6 months or more! On top of that, insurance actually covered a good portion of the claim.
