Great Service, Great Selection I was searching for a Queen bed frame when I walked in Sleepers in Seattle. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly sales associate. The staff was very helpful, not pushy, and informative. They showed me all of the models that they had. I felt like their prices were a little too high for what I was looking for, but I felt comfortable and non-rushed to buy. PROS: Friendly, clean, variety CONS: Little pricy
Ordered a sofa bed in June- to be delivered in September. At the end of September I was advised that the fabric was no longer available, and I needed to reselect. I did, and they promised rush manufacturing and delivery the first week of November. It is the second week of November, and they have stopped responding to emails and have not returned my phone calls (I assume caller ID tips them off that its me again...so it goes to voicemail during business hours). This is a horrible company with very rude and shady employees. Do not do business with them, do not work for them, never recommend them. Hopefully they will go out of business as they have screwed over so many people.
I purchased a sleeper sofa from this unprofessional company around on September 5th 2019. I purchased a sofa over the phone that they had in stock, in their warehouse so their would be less wait time. This particular one that they had in their warehouse and paid a little bit more to have in expedited. We needed one as soon as possible for our gallery showroom to house one of our visiting artists.
