Ordered a sofa bed in June- to be delivered in September. At the end of September I was advised that the fabric was no longer available, and I needed to reselect. I did, and they promised rush manufacturing and delivery the first week of November. It is the second week of November, and they have stopped responding to emails and have not returned my phone calls (I assume caller ID tips them off that its me again...so it goes to voicemail during business hours).
