18 years ago they worked well for me. Over the years they forgot their fiduciary duty to me as their client. They didn't make the time to make a phone call to me when my coverage was in jeopardy after 18 years of patronage. They also didn't call me after it was cancelled leaving me at great financial and legal risk.
It's literally impossible to contact the people in this company. They will just pass you to one another and at the end no one answers
Charlie is the rudest agent that I have ever dealt with in my life. Owner Jeri would not return my calls so I would not do busy with this company. I was faithful customer for over 14 years.
