Terrible. Made promises which were not true. Delayed and delayed when I demanded a return. Extorted a $500.00 "deposit" (for what?) when theism after 5 months, agreed to the return. Don't shop here.
10/11/2019 Update: It's been almost 3 since the initial purchase of a Nectar bed and an adjustable bed frame. What an inconvenience. Had to email to get a tracking number to know when these items were estimated to be delivered. Adjustable frame came before bed which was unnerving. Now on to the next moment; unfortunately adjustable frame was beat up, scratches and bruises everywhere. Inspected and came to the conclusion that this was not a new frame as expected with purchase.
