We visited the store yesterday and had an exceptional experience. James helped us during our visit, and he was absolutely amazing. He guided us in finding the perfect pillows and was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. His warm approach made us feel completely at ease. We’re genuinely impressed with the quality of the products and the customer service from both James and his colleague. Went to coco-mat to pick out a pillow for my partner and had the best experience! Macy was the most helpful, clearly knowledgeable of the products, and went above and beyond offering the best service possible. We definitely recommend the soho store and as someone who owns a number of coco-mat products, I can vouch for their quality too!
