If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I worked with Einat and she was very nice and helped me find the pillow I needed. I was super picky and came back for a different pillow the next day and I was accommodated with a new pillow and robe as well. I will be coming back for more and would highly recommend coming here for any of your sleeping needs!
Can I give 10 stars? We first experienced COCO-MAT when walking around Amsterdam on vacation. We purchased a few things and returned home to the US. We were hooked. The quality is impeccable. The man working there was probably one of the kindest souls I have ever met. We are visiting new york and were walking around for around an hour in the pouring rain. We came in to the store to find a place to get eat and the kind man gave us free towels as we were drenched and truly was so helpful. The best service I have ever had, even not having spent a dime! Thank you so much
We went to coco mats on a stormy day seeking shelter. A really kind gentleman came to our rescue and offered us great guality towels for free. Best service I have ever seen in my life.
