Great customer service, great follow through. Quality organic mattresses with natural materials. I was able to find exactly what I needed with the help of Richard. Very detailed and knowledgeable. Walked me through choosing the best fit. I was looking for a bed made locally, the bed I got is made in San Francisco! Delivery was easy. Parking is not too hard. Great sandwich spot across the street.

I was calling around town in search of a mattress pad, and on the basis of my conversation with owner James, I cancelled the organic queen mattress I'd ordered online and bought one from the Sleep 365 showroom. I was tired of researching internet mattresses, and decided to walk into a boutique store instead. I picked SLEEP365 because they're a small, local business and I love that they're all about quality, natural products. Please take note that online mattresses are totally over-hyped. I got my 4 month old's crib mattress from here. Great customer service and timely delivery. Love the mattress. We ended up getting the crib floor model too and it was an awesome deal. Will ship here again. Highly recommend.

5 star, no less. We likes very firm mattress and was referred here by a friend. Richard was helpful from the very start, helping us choosing the right mattress and different customizations. He was also very responsive to our calls and texts. The mattress we got was made from coconut, all natural products and firm on the back. The combination of good quality mattress, honest service, and reasonable price gives it a 5 star.
