Question everything this business does! They are scam artists of the finest kind. When I had my first meeting I was told the machine was x dollars. My insurance has paid almost double that amount and they are sending my account to collections because they say I still own nearly 1/2 of the original amount. Oh and when it goes to collections they add a 35% collection fee. Disgusting and despicable, in the middle of a pandemic when breathing is an issue and they pull this kind of bullcrap. Do NOT trust these people!

Today was my first visit to Sleep Well. I was greeted the moment I got to the reception area by Vanessa. She took me to a closed office to discuss my personal information. She shared my sleep study, what that means and how the machine can help. Her knowledge was incredible and her patience with my many question was greatly appreciated! I cannot say enough good things about Sleep Well in Bangor. I was with another company that made my introduction to the cpap world a nightmare. Doing business with a local company that doesn't make you wait on hold for 45 minutes at a time is nice...thank you SW! Very accommodating, friendly and informative! Thank you!!!
