RecommendedI would recommend them to any of my friends needing this service without hesitation, The fact they went way over and above expectations to help me (I'm not even one of their patients) impressed me greatly. If they provide this level of exceptional service to their customers (extremely rare these days), I am certain their level of customer satisfaction is outstanding.
I went there twice and both times was a good experience. I had a lady the first time then a man the second. Both times I felt comfortable and they met my needs. Friendly and clean. Martha B
They turn what can be done in 1 night into 2 so they can bill twice. This is unethical.
Cori is the best! She was fun and easygoing and really went out of her way to make her patients comfortable. :)
My technician was Cori. She was awesome. I did not want to do the sleep study, but she put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. While I was there, I witnessed Cori showing such compassion to her patients. She was worried about a patient that was lost and couldn't find his way to the facility. When he arrived, she went to check on him and make sure he was okay. She seems very dedicated to her work and does everything she can to make her patients feel at ease. Thank you Cori. Corey was awesome! She did a great job of explaining how everything worked very clear, and she was professional and very kind! Would definitely recommend!
I was expecting a hospital type environment, but the rooms were very comfortable, decorated nicely, very welcoming. The staff, Eddie and Corey, set me at ease, explaining the procedure while answering my endless questions. I would definitely recommend this location for a sleep study.
