We had an issue with our mattress (with a life time warranty). No one at the store was willing to help us to file a claim. I was extremely dissatisfied with our experience.
Did not follow through with warranty after three years of 10 year warranty what a joke! Never will buy from again!
I bought my bed on Black Friday and I just love it. My lower back doesn't hurt as much as it used too! The sales lady was awesome! Thank You!!!
