What terrible customer service. I have bought two mattresses from Sleep Tight, and on one of them the mattress protector failed. After being given the wrong phone number, and spending several hours trying to deal with the warranty I was promised a phone call from the owner Kevin. It took him over a week to call me, and he was VERY RUDE. After a quick Google search on Kevin I find out that he took a plea deal for a misdemeanor for stealing $10,000 from Ashley Furniture in Quincy when he worked for them. Our salesman Dan and the delivery guys went above and beyond to make sure we had the right bed and worked late to get it to us so we could have a good nights rest. Thanks for all your hard work and customer service.
Unfortunately their choice to glorify local gun violence issues by including in their commercials a man who was sadly shot recently just tells me this isn't the kind of place I want to shop anymore. (As a note this man has no other ties to the store and would not have been included in the commercials if he had not recently been involved in a shooting as the victim, and if the video he was in on the news had not gone viral.) A very bad lapse in judgement for sure.

I can not say id recommend beauty rest because of my parents faulty mattress. However I will recommend sleep tight and our Icomfort mattress which is amazing!!!!
I just have to say Adrian Howe is the best. He works with customers and takes his time. He stands by the quality of these beds he is selling and if there is a problem he makes it right. He makes sure the cutomer is HAPPY. This young man is a true asset to this company. Thank you for dealing with us.
