Hello there! I first off want to say how wonderful my sleep technician, Rebecca, was to work with. Or her working with me? Hahaha. She's a marvelous asset to your team. Very professional, made me feel very comfortable, and helped the process go smoothly. She also has a wonderful personality. I was very happy with the person who prepared myself for the test. She explained the process of the test and came to see me when I needed her. Everything at the place was very clear, specially the room. I felt very comfortable with the place and the person who was there all night.
This was a very pleasant test. Mona-the lady that ran the test was very pleasant, and thorough . She explained everything in plain language. When she came in to check my mask she was quick and I got back to sleep quickly. A very pleasant experience!
