I dreaded doing this test but am so glad I finally did. The team at the Sleep and Wellness Center were THE BEST! From the moment I walked in the door they treated me as if they valued me. They explained everything that had to be done in a way that flooded me with peace and comfort. I had some of the best sleep of my life at the center that night. Thank you Carrie and Doug.
I was not looking forward to this event, but Mona was amazing in assisting me through the night. She was very informative, professional, and extremely caring throughout the whole process. The room was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Overall, with the patience and compassionate support of Mona, it made a difficult process into a reasonably pleasant experience. I highly recommend Sleep Telemedicine Services.
The staff were very cordial, informative and helpful. The environment was comfortable and the whole experience went well. I have had two previous overnight sleep studies and this was by far my best experience. Thank you.
