I was stressed coming into the sleep lab a few years ago. Marc and Al immediately put me at ease. They where professional, courteous, and made the study as tolerable as it could be.

I agree with the majority of the reviews here. It was so funny because I had my sleep study almost a year ago and saw what these people had written and went >> holy **** I still remember that guy and I agree how "hideous" he was (as the other reviews say), But the words I was searching for to describe that sleep technician professional guy, I don't think I could write on a review board. Went in for my first ever sleep study. Was assigned or whatever you call it with Mark. He went from rude to hideous. He didn't answer questions. He rushed me. He was hurting my scalp and bossing me around. I was nervous. Then I asked him to quit scrubing my scap so hard. Then he left the room and I heard him calling me names to the other male clerk and saying he refused to work with me!
