Great customer service and their level of friendliness is exceptional. They have fast check out and treated me very well. They also fix any issues you have with your purchase and I'm happy with that. Update 6/1/2020 There mattresses are pretty good but the boxspring are horrible. After they replaced the 1st boxspring the 2nd replacement one ended up breaking just like the 1st one did and I had to end up purchasing a smart boxspring for $125. I recommend buying the mattress only cause the boxspring are trash. Thanks yall

So I bought a bed from them on Sunday & long story short the box spring they delivered to my house was bigger than the one in store . I explained this to the them. It hasn’t even been 12 hours and all I’m trying to do is swap the box spring for a smaller one like I was shown INSTORE. So I can’t swap out the box spring that I bought from this company the same day . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLK.
