My husband has been through 2 sleep studies in a month's time. He was supposed to be prescribed a cpap about 2 months ago. Every time he has called anyone he has been told the wait has to do with insurance. Today he was notified he has to do ANOTHER sleep study!!! Now the reason is that paperwork is incorrect. In addition to sleep apnea he has cardiac issued as well. This delay is dangerous for his health. I am not impressed with the so called professionalism of all involved.
Dr. Plumber will abandon you and leave you stranded when you need him most. I have Seen dr. Plumber for more than 9 years when my prescription ran out for my CPAP supplies. I could not get in for my appointment because I was away due to business for 45 days with no supplies and unable to get into another provider. The front office assistant was rude un sympathetic I was unable to sleep or perform my job proficiently It's not about his patients it's about his dollars
Very interested in helping me with using my PAP machine. He took a lot of time explaining what I needed to do to be successful in treating my sleep apnea. His medical assistant is the BEST; she spent time with me before seeing the doctor to get information so he could help me with my problem.
