I had an appointment with Maria Rappai at 3:00 in the afternoon. At 5:00 pm the office staff starting leaving with me still sitting in the waiting room. From 3:00-5:00 the office workers who were behind the frosted glass window sounded as if were having a party with laughing and giggling. Finally someone asked me who I was waiting on and what time was my appointment. I was told they "forgot" I was in the lobby and would try to work me in to see Ms Rappai.
